DFW Custom Homes built a fabulous patio w a fireplace & outdoor kitchen for us. They were so professional, easy to work with & had great follow up visits! We are thrilled with the outcome & highly recommend them!

I had DFW Creative work a home remodeling project and they did an outstanding job. The work they did was to turn a media room into a bedroom by opening windows and they expanded a half bath into a full bath room by adding a shower area. The project is not super expensive but very complex because of the number of trades involved. They assigned a project manager and supervised the project daily and coordinated the work schedule very well. They make sure the contractors they use do quality work and they stand by the project by providing warranty and post project service. All my friends that visited the house could not tell that bedroom was converted from a media room and result is fabulous. And they were very reasonable on pricing among the different companies I quoted. I would highly recommend them.

DFW Creative Homes did an excellent job for us along with many others in the Trophy Club area. I got 4 bids and spent over a year going back and forth about what to do for my backyard. Kevin took the time to explain everything via quotes,pictures,and also took me around Trophy Club showing me other backyards that they had done. I was very satisfied with their professionalism,price, and quality of work

Had a covered porch installed in the Spring of 2015. Excellent work, communications, and follow-ups. There were no surprises; they started and finished on schedule and adhered to the original budget. Will certainly use them again should the need arise. Thanks!!

Jason Heid and his team were great to work with. They were happy to make adjustments to our plan a few times until we got it just perfect. He built us a beautiful pool house for our backyard. The job was on budget and on time. The finished product was perfect and the area was completely cleaned up after they finished. Jason was always available either by phone or email when we had any questions. We also recommended him to family and friends after our job- he extended my mom’s patio and finished out some attic space for my neighbor. He has also built a few custom homes in our neighborhood that are some of the best looking houses in our subdivision. I would highly recommend him and his team!

We’ve used DFW Creative Homes & Renovation for two large projects, complete floor replacement and an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and TV area. Both projects were pristine upon completion, completed on time and within the original proposed amount. Worksites were always kept clean. Their coordination with city inspectors also impressed us as no time was lost waiting on required city inspections. Can’t say enough about the owner and the on site building supervision. Quality work and impressive concern for their customers.

Great experience from start to finish. The team was friendly, helpful and attentive. DFW CH & R stayed on their time table, with the exception of us undecided on stain color. The communication was excellent; when we had questions they were answered very quickly. The quality of the work was obviously a tier above competitors.

I would highly recommend them and would use them for our next home.
